He is our go to guy from now on. Today was the first time we hired Daniel and boy, are we happy we did that. He unlocked our master bedroom lock which was a bit tricky to be honest, with such an ease. And re-keyed for us without breaking the lock. Not only that, he fixed one of the bathroom locks within a few minutes, which he was not called upon but did out of courtesy. And also let us know about the functionality of an electronic lock, that was pretty damn good. So efficient, honest and intelligent. 100% recommend.

We had an urgent situation. They had the closet locksmith call me and he (Ari) arrived exactly on time. Ari reviewed the job, gave a clear quote, verified exactly what he would be doing. He went the extra mile and reoriented a lock that the builder had installed upside down. He lubricated all the locks, and ask about the bolt acting up on the security door. When I asked the cost if he just replaced it - he checked, he did have the right sized lock (he double checked that I was okay with they slightly different color/trim style). He adjusted the pricing up for the lock - but at a discount (thank you Ari!) - and reduced the # of re- keys down. Ari was here and done with 5 doors, 9 locks in under an hour! Pleased with pricing - locksmiths are not inexpensive, but Flat Rate's rates were totally reasonable and a value for the level of quality provided.Highly recommend Flat Rate Locksmith; I hope not to have urgent need of a locksmith soon, but this is the company I will be recommending to friends and neighbors.
